150 Words About . . .GLORIOUS (2022)

     You’re in a scuzzy men’s room at a rest stop in the middle of nowhere.  You’ve just finished your business, when a voice in the adjacent stall starts rambling on about cosmic entities and The End of Everything.  Whatcha gonna do?

     Most folks would run like hell and never look back.  But if you’re a wreck because your girl just dumped you, and that aforementioned voice belongs to J.K. Simmons (Whiplash)…well, you should still run like hell.  But what if your new friend won’t let you?

     Glorious is Lovecraft glimpsed through a glory hole, a hallucinatory nightmare pulsing with the otherworldly, neon colors of Mandy, Color Out of Space, and The Special (co-written, ahem, by yours truly and Mark Steensland).  Sounds ridiculous, right?  Well, it kinda is.

     But it’s also really good.

     Shit or get off the pot, man…which is to say, stop what you’re doing and watch Glorious ASAP!
